About Soniamarie
Soniamarie has a professional qualified background in Human Resources Management and Leadership. Her 20+ years’ experience working in and with corporate and small businesses, has enabled her to mentor, coach and provide HR, leadership and business consultancy services in both the UK and USA.
As an award-winning entrepreneur, she combines her roots in Christian faith and her experience in HR management, with her own business acumen to develop corporate and SME leaders in business, people and personal leadership. She uses her skills in people management, inclusivity, and personal development to equip, encourage and empower leaders. Particularly women and those from BAME backgrounds.
She holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management, a Level 7 Advanced Professional Diploma in Employment Law and she is a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development).
